Every tenant company's data is strictly partitioned at the database kernel level with Row-Level Security. No company can ever view another's records.
We never monetize, broker, or sell your customer lists, sales leads, employee payroll data, or financial invoices to advertisers.
All AI voice conversation recordings and transcripts are encrypted in transit with TLS 1.3 and at rest with AES-256.
1. Information We Collect
When you register as an organization or use our services, we collect:
- Account Credentials: Name, business email, authorized phone number, encrypted password.
- Corporate & Tax KYC: GSTIN certificate, registered company address, authorized signatory proof for telecom caller ID issuance.
- Operational Data: Employee directory, attendance logs, leave balances, customer CRM leads, inventory records, and sales invoices generated on your behalf.
- AI Voice & Audio Data: Customer call audio streams, transcriptions, and lead sentiment scores processed exclusively for your assigned virtual business line.
2. How We Use Your Information
Collected data is solely utilized to provide enterprise cloud operations:
- To execute automated CRM telecalling, inbound customer support, and HRMS payroll runs.
- To maintain verified compliance under TRAI/DoT (Department of Telecommunications) regulations.
- To calculate prepaid wallet balances, process billing transactions, and deliver GST invoices.
3. Data Retention & Right to Erasure
Clients retain full ownership of their business data. You may export your entire database (leads, employees, invoices) via CSV at any time. Upon formal workspace termination, all tenant records and audio files are permanently purged within 30 calendar days.
